Housing Advising for Undergraduate Students | Housing Advising for Undergraduate Students (HAUS) serves as a campus resource for students who have questions about any housing topics, as well as pointing them in the right direction for additional housing resources. HAUS also helps students to connect with housing providers in Davis, allowing them to find more specific options that work best. Campus Center for the Environment | Campus Center for the Environment is a student-run, student-funded environmental advocacy unit of the Associated Students of the University of California, Davis (ASUCD) that promotes student involvement in our campus sustainability efforts. CCE encourages environmental stewardship through workshops, education, and specific student-led projects. Student Government Administrative Office (SGAO) | The main student-led office of the ASUCD that houses administrative and beuracratic documents with a focus on record keeping and accessabliity. SGAO works set hours and the Office Manager and Office Assistants work directly with members from all branches and oversees the ASUCD Historian and the ASUCD Elections Officer. | SGAO@asucd.ucdavis.edu |
Elections | The Elections website is the primary repository for all ASUCD Election information and can be used to access petitions and ballots during the Elections Cycle. The Elections website itself is edited and controlled by the ASUCD Elections Officer and should be considered the main source of information about ASUCD Elections. | n/a |
Aggie Reuse | Formerly known as “the on-campus thrift store”, Aggie Reuse Store recently transitioned to a mutual aid model where all items are available at ZERO COST for students and the larger community! We are a student-run unit under ASUCD who strives to be a source for second-hand clothes, school supplies, small appliances, and countless priceless treasures that have been donated by none other than you (UC Davis students and the Davis community)! Picnic Day | Picnic Day is an annual open house at UC Davis filled with spirit and tradition that brings together current students, families, alumni, staff, and the greater Davis community for a day of celebration and adventure. As one of the largest student-run events in the United States with over 70,000+ attendees, Picnic Day showcases the inclusivity, originality, and radiant enthusiasm that transform the campus to life. This year, the theme of Picnic Day is Picnic Palooza. Whole Earth Festival | The Whole Earth Festival is a three day long, family-friendly, event that happens on the UC Davis Quad during Mother's Day weekend every year. It highlights not only music, craft, and art, but also helps educate UC Davis students and the surrounding community on sustainability and education. With the goal of being zero waste, WEF uses solar power, a reusable dish program, and a compost and recycling sorting program, to reduce its carbon footprint and teach its volunteers hands-on sustainable practices. ASUCD Bylaws | A secondary governing docuement of the ASUCD. Contains a veriary of direction, policies and procedures for the ASUCD which can be changed by the ASUCD Senate with a majority vote. Student Advocate's Office | The Student Advocate’s Office is a student-led institution on campus that provides peer advisory services to students who are suspected of violating the student Code of Conduct or disputes in other university-related entities. The advisory services fall under one of two categories: Academic or Conduct. Caseworkers work, using a peer to peer model, to assist during any stage of the process. The SAO can provide advice, answer questions, and attend meetings or hearings in an advisory capacity free of charge to any and all students who are facing disciplinary issues on campus. | studentadvocate@asucd.ucdavis.edu |
