The Special Transitional Enrichment Program (STEP) | Strives to maximize the academic and social experiences of incoming Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) students. STEP starts with a 6-week immersive summer experience at no cost to families, including housing and meals. Students will take courses and earn 6 credit units toward their degree while developing necessary skills to succeed at UC Davis. | 530-752-9366 or eop@ucdavis.edu |
UC Davis Health Equity Fund | With the support of campus, the Health Fee Oversight Committee, and the UC Student Health Insurance Plan (UC SHIP), students can apply for financial assistance, in the form of a grant. Funds are available to all students who are experiencing significant out of pocket expenses related to accessing health care, or, to students who have a significant privacy concern as a dependent (e.g., sexual health services). Grants may be requested for expenses that total at least $50. If awarded, students should consult a tax professional to determine if the grant award is taxable. | |
UC Davis Student Foundation (a.k.a. Aggie Helping Aggies) | Programs run by the student foundation. The UC Davis Student Foundation or Aggies helping Aggies, is a philinthropic organiztion that funds two programs: Student Emergancy Relief Aid and Cap and Gown award. | |
