Emergency Housing
- Emergency/Short-term Housing is available for students experiencing homelessness or in imminent danger of becoming homeless.
Housing Advising for Undergraduate Students (HAUS)
The Housing Advising for Undergraduate Students (HAUS) is an ASUCD unit that is committed to helping students secure housing. They host events such as Housing Fair where over 50+ apartment complex managers and resource representatives answer your housing questions.
Housing & Rental Assistance Resources
Here are resources to help you secure housing for your time at Davis:
- Community Housing Listing (CHL) is a service offered to UC Davis students and other Davis community members. It is an ASUCD program that is managed by Rent College Pads. You can browse available listings off-campus as well as roommates.
- Craigslist
- Davis Model Lease is a standardized lease agreement made with the UC Davis student community, landlords, and property managers in the surrounding area. The agreement aims to bring predictability and simplicity into the leasing process. The document can be accessed at no charge to landlords and students who use it.
- If you are a property manager who adopts the Davis Model Lease, please email ASUCD HAUS at haus@asucd.ucdavis.edu so that we can add your property's name to our growing list of adoptees.
